Who we are

Willow is currently operated by an individual (not a registered company). For identity verification or to exercise your data protection rights, contact willowgoat.app@gmail.com - the controller's full legal identity is available on request via the contact above.

What data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Your first name
  • Your email address
  • The date and time you signed up
  • A record of the consent you gave, including the exact text shown and the version

We do not collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or any tracking data beyond what is listed above.

Why we collect it

We process your data solely to notify you when Willow launches and to share occasional product updates. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you ticked the checkbox on our sign-up form.

We will never sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for any purpose other than the above.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for 24 months from sign-up, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. After that, it is permanently deleted.

Where your data is processed

Your data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the EU, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf under signed data processing agreements; any transfer outside the EU/EEA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under those agreements. We do not use any other processor.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data at any time
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent — unsubscribe at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at willowgoat.app@gmail.com or use our self-service removal page.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — typically the one in the EU/EEA country where you live, work, or where the issue occurred.

Removing yourself from the waitlist

You can remove yourself from the Willow waitlist at any time using our unsubscribe page. Your data will be deleted immediately.
